· Conceived, wrote, produced and
managed budgets for hundreds of television and radio commercials that drove
increased traffic to three nationally known retail furniture chains.
· Wrote and produced a wide variety
of educational videos, informing 6,000 associates of upcoming advertising
campaigns, and explaining how to coordinate efforts in the field.
· Created and produced a half-hour
television infomercial that drove brand awareness and sales of the company's
luxury mattress line, using celebrity talent, custom sets and other visuals.
· Developed a series of short,
QR-encoded, point of sale videos that informed customers about the company's
signature upholstery collection.
· Developed, cultivated and managed
relations with production and post-production companies, on-camera talent,
casting agencies and voiceover artists to raise the quality of the company's
on-air advertising, and to lower production and post-production costs.
· Created comprehensive TV and radio
advertising campaigns to launch two new retail furniture chains - American
Signature Furniture and Rooms Today.
· Successfully managed an annual
video production budget of more than one million dollars.

from shooting 16mm and 35mm film, to state-of-the art high-definition video.

Wrote, produced and directed television and radio
commercials, along with a variety of training videos for the corporate office
and 130 retail stores.
· Developed the company's first
comprehensive library of stock footage, and advanced databases for tracking
archived commercials and raw production elements.
· Created one of the country's first
interactive audio/video kiosks for the retail environment. This standalone
mattress gallery tool supported commission-based sales associates and gave
potential customers information at their fingertips.
WRITER/PRODUCER, TV Infomercial (1994 – 1996)
Created, wrote and produced a series of bi-weekly,
half-hour TV infomercials that raised the profile of the company's flagship
brand, Value City Furniture. Involved in all aspects of production, including
script writing, producing, providing voiceover for program segments and
managing distribution to affiliates across the country.
Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio 1992 to 1994
MANAGING PRODUCER, Life Choices with Erie
Chapman
Wrote, produced and reported for the hospital's syndicated
half-hour television program, Life Choices with Erie Chapman. Managed or co-managed
all aspects of this Emmy Award-winning health and lifestyles program, including
reporting and producing assignments in Eastern Europe.
